Hi all, and welcome!  I started this blog to educate you about hair and the hairstyling business.  There is a lot of information out there about products, styling techniques, trends and so on…and I wanted to share the best of the best. I know tons of great hair tips and tricks for all hair types from 1A though 4C!  Also, I can’t find another hair blog from Vancouver BC, and the rain here can cause too many bad hair days if you’re not careful.  So here I am!  Feel free to ask me anything – I am at your service.

A little about me: I’m a mobile hairstylist serving Vancouver, British Columbia.  Since I don’t work from a salon, I make my own work hours and this permits me to do lots of weddings.  I’m building a great reputation for styling large groups, and frequently cater to bridal parties of 7-15 people.  My favourite part about weddings is learning all about different cultures’ traditions and ceremonies.  Also, I get to travel to the Okanagan, Whistler, Seattle and more.  I suppose you could call me a “wedding nerd”…

I also offer regular hair services (cut, colour and styling) at your choice of location.  My clients are cool, laid back people who range from busy professionals to stay-at-home-moms.  They know the value of beautiful hair and prefer to forego the hectic ‘salon assembly line’ treatment for the comfort of home service.  They’d probably tell you that I’m the best at teaching clients how to grow long, healthy hair and keep it healthy.  My curly clients rave about my curl-enhancing wash-and-wear haircuts; I have wavy 2B hair, and so I know how to get the most out of texture.
