Wedding Wire: The Wedding Wire awards are by nomination and based on my ratings on the Wedding Wire site. The reviews themselves also considered as criteria. The previous year’s ratings are used to judge the awards; for example my 2010 award was based on my reviews in 2009. Wedding Wire is one of the most popular wedding sites online, next to The Knot. It’s a great place to start looking for your vendors, since most of your local professionals will have listings on the site as well as Vendor Storefronts where you can read about other brides’ experiences with each vendor. In the first year of my listing, I was very quickly nominated for a smaller award. In 2010 I received an overwhelmingly positive response and was awarded Silver for the 2011 season.

As of January 9, I have been notified that Wedding Wire has awarded me another Bride’s Choice Award for 2012!  Thank you ladies!
